Available items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following the order’s completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.

All orders shall be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer at the time of order.

Deliveries may be made to any nation on any continent. However, when in any of these countries the shipment is not possible due to contractual agreements between Dolci Trame and the manufacturer, the customer residing in those countries will be precluded from carrying out the procedure for the purchase of the product, without any liability of any kind to Dolci Trame.

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relevant amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted items within 28 days of the order’s delivery date. Depending on your shipping country you may have the option to choose from one of the following return types: Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.

The Security Tag must still be undamaged, intact and attached to returned items.

To request a return please send an email to ORDER.DOLCITRAME@GMAIL.COM with the order number and items you want to return. Once completed, we will send a confirmation email.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse, and the items have been verified.

It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be visible on your account, due to bank processing time.

The promotions are valid for a limited time period and cannot be used in conjunction with one another or to purchase items from brands excluded from promotions (AUTRY, ASICS, DANIELA GREGIS, VALEXTRA, JEWELRY CATEGORY and HOMEWARE CATEGORY).
